Hot Chocolate

Ewan shivered as he walked through the door of the school. Jack had blasted him with a personal snow storm all because Ewan had teased him about his crush on Barbara.

Ewan smiled just thinking about it. He still couldn't believe that Jack had a crush on Barbara. He just couldn't get his head around why anyone would like her in that way.

Barbara was annoying. She had a big mouth... well, okay, maybe she was shy but once you got past that, she wouldn't be quiet.

Ewan walked down the stairs and headed toward the kitchen. Barbara was still up, chances are she made some hot cocoa.

And she wasn't that good looking. Sure she had her good parts but over all? Not Ewan's type. He wasn't sure what his type was, but he knew it was not Barbara.

As soon as Ewan walked into the kitchen, Barbara poured him a cup of hot cocoa. He didn't even have to ask.

“Told you so.” She said with a smirk.

Barbara was Barbara, more of a sister than a lover.
